Bridge Shelter

Project Description: This Contract provides for the construction of a bridge shelter comprised of two building, parking and associated improvements, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. One building provides a commercial kitchen and dining area, measuring approximately 4,150 gross sf with a primarily A-2 occupancy. The second building will include dormitory sleeping areas, hygiene, and staff support spaces, measuring approximately 10,270 sf with R1, B, and A-2 occupancies. Both structures are fully sprinklered, type V-B construction, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.
The Contract Work shall start within 10 days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed and be Substantially Complete by September 22, 2026. Final completion shall be achieved by October 21, 2026.
An optional pre-bid meeting is to be held at 10:30 am, local time, on Wednesday, September 17,2025 at the project site, located at 5313 NE 94th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98662. Interested prime contractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting questions concerning the Contract Documents and the proposed work will be discussed.
