Laura Leake Pavilion

The City of Centralia, Illinois, acting through the Mayor and the City Council, will receive sealed bids for a Pavilion for Laura Leak Park, Bids will be accepted at the office of the City Clerk until 10:30 A.M. on April 24, 2026, at City Hall, 101 S. Locust, Centralia, Illinois 62801, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.

The WORK shall involve supplying the materials, labor, equipment, permits, licenses, miscellaneous supplies, etc. necessary and incidentals to provide and install a 30 foot x 60 foot pavilion at Laura Leake Park in Centralia, IL 62801.

The bid documents are on file at the office of the City Clerk, 101 S. Locust, Centralia, Illinois. Copies of the bid documents may be obtained at the office of the City Clerk by interested bidders. Questions concerning the bid or the specifications may be directed in person or writing to the Department of Public Works at 114 E. 5th Street, Centralia, Illinois or by phone at (618) 533-7640.
