Summary
Remove and dispose of all existing vinyl and aluminum windows. Install new aluminum windows. Replace any rotten wood with new pressure-treated blocking, including required blocking at newer addition windows. Wrap all window cavities with self-adhered waterproof flashing for proper sealing.
Background
To allow for window replacements to be ordered and delivered, project to be completed in Spring 2026, expected start in March/April.
