The City of Caldwell is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced pyrotechnic service providers to produce a safe, memorable, and visually spectacular 4th of July fireworks display. The display will be a centerpiece of the City’s Independence Day celebrations, attracting residents and visitors of all ages.
The purpose of this RFP is to identify providers who can deliver a fully licensed and insured fireworks show that meets all federal, state, and local safety regulations, including secure setup, music listing, firing, and cleanup. Proposers should demonstrate experience with large-scale public displays, the ability to coordinate with City staff and emergency services, and the ability to provide creative, high-quality presentations that enhance the community celebration.
The city encourages proposals that highlight innovative effects, synchronization with music, and contingency planning to ensure public safety. Selected providers will be expected to work closely with City officials throughout the planning and execution phases of the event.
