Project Description:

The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) seeks consultant support for its Community Access and Parking Program (CAPP) to improve parking, loading, and curbspace access in Seattle’s neighborhood business districts. This three-year contract with a potential two-year extension will provide project management, parking data collection, and community engagement services to evaluate and propose strategies for optimizing curbspace.

The selected consultant will partner with SDOT to study existing parking and curbuse, engage the community, and develop neighborhood parking strategies that align with local needs, support small businesses, and incorporate robust outreach.
