Len Roberts Path Replacement PK043

The City of Sierra Vista is seeking qualified contractors proposals to replace deteriorating sections of asphaltic concrete path along the entire length of the pathways at Len Roberts Park, located at 101 Theater Drive, Sierra Vista, Arizona. Qualified contractors are asked to provide a plan to replace sections as needed based on their assessment of the conditions of the path. Funds are tied to the City's fiscal year, so all work must be performed on or before June 30, 2025. The City expects to make and award to the highest ranked proposal based on a set of pre-determined criteria as set forth in this RFP.
