25-80 Supply and Install Modular Office Furniture System

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services (AS) Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham, WA 98225 for purchase and installation of the following:

Supply and Install Modular Office Furniture System
for Whatcom County Assessor’s Office Suite
UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, November 4, 2025

And at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (virtual via Zoom), and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested persons are invited to be present at the live bid opening via Zoom, as more completely described herein. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County AS-Facilities Management is seeking bids for the supply and installation of a modular office furniture system for the Whatcom County Assessor’s Office Suite located at the Whatcom County Courthouse, at 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington 98225, as further described in the bid documents.

A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for 9:00 AM, Thursday, October 30, 2025. Bidders who attended the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough for Whatcom County Bid #25-73 are not required to attend this meeting. Attendees will meet at the Whatcom County Facilities Management building, 316 Lottie Street, Bellingham, WA 98225, at 9:00 AM to sign in for the meeting.

Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
