This is a 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation for Engineering Technical Assistance (ETA) services in support of INSCOM. Please see the attached solicitation titled W50NH9250006 for a full description of the requirement to include CLINS, clauses, PWS, and evaluation factors and requied submission instructions.
NOTE: One of the requirements for this solicitation is that the offeror needs to have a Top Secret Facility Level Clearance (FLC) upon submisson of proposal and will not be granted time to obtain a FLC prior to award.
NOTE: The solictation is in DRAFT FORM, however, the FINAL copy will be posted in the near future and should contain no major changes from the DRAFT form.
