The Town of Scituate is seeking the services of a qualified firm to orchestrate the preservation and restoration of the Bates House. The services shall include but not be limited to the following phases.
Phase 1 Investigation and analysis of the entire structure.
Phase 2 Development of an emergency action plan to protect the Bates House from further deterioration and limit the risk of a failure.
Phase 3 Architectural, envelope and structural design solutions; historical preservation requirements and/or restrictions; regulatory and local permitting.
Phase 4 Plans and specifications for Chapter 149 public bidding.
Phase 5 Construction and or restoration administration.
