Dedicated Sign Vendor Services for the
City of Manhattan Parks and Recreation Department

The City of Manhattan, Kansas is requesting proposals from experienced and capable sign vendors to provide comprehensive signage services for its Parks and Recreation Department. These services include design, fabrication, and/or installation of a wide range of signage used throughout parks, trails, recreation centers, cemeteries, special events, and facilities. The City intends to award a contract renewable annually for up to five years, based on performance, pricing, and budget availability. The purpose of this procurement is to establish a dedicated vendor partnership that provides consistent branding, improved response times, reliable quality, and cost-effective production of signage. Clarifications to the RFP and responses to all questions will be addressed in an addendum issued by the City on the Drexel Technologies website by January 22, 2026. No interpretation made to any respondent regarding the meaning of the RFP shall be binding upon the City unless set forth in writing and distributed via addendum by the City.
Submittals will be received at City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Ave., Manhattan, KS 66502 until 12:00 PM, January 28, 2026. Proposal submissions shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Dedicated Sign Vendor Services—RFP.” The City will not accept oral submissions, or copies received by telephone or facsimile machine. All submissions received after the deadline will not be opened.
