2025 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation by Sectional CIPP Lining

Sealed Proposals for the 2025 Sanitary Sewer SCIPP Program will be received by the Clerk of the Township of Macomb (OWNER), 54111 Broughton Road, Macomb, Michigan 48042, until 10:00 am on Wednesday. May 21, 2025, at which time the Proposals will be publicly opened.  This project will be evaluated on a qualification-based selection process.  Each proposal will be evaluated and scored based on its Professional Qualifications and Past Involvement with Similar Projects, Proposed Work Plan, Schedule, and Cost Proposal.  As such, Proposal prices will not be read at Proposal opening.

The project consists of SCIPP lining of sanitary sewers in continual use.  This project consists of installing approximately 16-10-inch SCIPP liners.  It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that the operations do not interfere with the functioning of the sewer, in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the ENGINEER.
