Phase 2-Cornelia Amphitheater

Sealed bids for construction of the Phase 2-Cornelia Amphitheater will be received until the closing time of April 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time. Bids must be submitted by the Bidder electronically through QuestCDN.com. No paper submissions will be accepted. Any bid received after the bid closing time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law. Base Cost of all Bids will be posted by the Owner/Engineer to the QuestCDN website within approximately 30 minutes after the bid closing time. The work to be completed shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to construct an approximately 5,620 SF outdoor amphitheater which includes approximately 2,240 SF of conditioned space and approximately 3,380 SF of covered stage area. The amphitheater is primarily one level (except for lower level storage) and constructed out of CMU walls with brick veneer and steel roof frame. The project includes site work with minimal site grading (primary grading was conducted in a previous construction phase). See Section 01 20 00 for critical construction constraints. Time allotted for completion of work is 300 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
