Separate sealed bids for the connection of Twenty-one (21) households to public water will be received by Fulton County at the Fulton County Public Water Authority office located at 202 South Main Street, Salem, AR 72576 until 10:00 o’clock a.m., on Thursday, September 25, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following:

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
The project is funded by the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed.
All bidders must be licensed construction contractors and have a Plumber’s license to bid on this work.
No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Small and/or minority firms are encouraged to bid this project.
