Boulder County and its partners have funding to provide existing culvert upgrades as a part of their reoccurring capital improvements projects. The proposed work includes, but is not limited to, earthwork and erosion control, removal and milling of asphalt pavement, overlay and full depth asphalt replacement, culvert removal and replacement, channel improvements, wetland mitigation, coordination with private utility companies for underground utility relocations, signing, striping, earthwork and grading, seeding, fencing, guardrail replacement, and storm drainage facilities.
