Beverage Products and Distribution Services and Other Related Products and Services

Vendors that previously submitted a proposal for RFP #3358-26 do not need to respond to this RFP.

This is a supplemental bid issued to meet the needs of District campuses and departments. Lewisville Independent School District, (LISD or DISTRICT) is accepting proposals and pricing for RFP #3358(A)-26 Beverage Products and Distribution Services and Other Related Products and Services. The purpose of this RFP is to establish beverage vendors capable of supplying assorted beverages, including but not limited to sodas, waters, and sports drinks, as well as vending machines, refrigeration units, and concession beverage dispensers.

This RFP includes beverage products and related services to support District vending operations. Services may include vending machine stocking or support, refrigeration equipment placement, and other related beverage distribution services.
All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and shall submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. Missing or incomplete information will have a negative impact on vendor evaluations.
RFP #3358(A)-26 shall be awarded, at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services (multi-award schedule), or to a single Proposer. The District reserves to right to award by other methods, including, but not limited to school level (Elementary, Middle, High), high-volume or special-use locations (e.g., stadiums, gymnasiums, cafeterias, or other event facilities), or Campus Choice. The District also reserves the right to limit the number of vending machines per campus and to determine placement based on operational needs. Vendors are requested to design their proposals to reflect these possibilities, including any incentives or program benefits offered. The District’s decision will be based solely on which type of product and/or service arrangement provides the best overall value.

Award under this RFP does not guarantee minimum purchase quantities or exclusive rights. Individual campuses and District departments may select from awarded vendors based on product availability, pricing, commission structure, and service responsiveness.
If vendor does not notify the District 90 days before any renewal date(s), the District will auto-renew the bid under the existing terms and conditions.

The initial term of this proposal shall be from July 2026 - June 2028.

Initial Anticipated Contract Term: July 2026 - June 2028

Second Optional Renewal Term: July 2028 - June 2030

Third and Final Optional Renewal Term: July 2030 - June 2032
