NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM AT THE CARE CENTER 26-093-OHSEM on or before October 23, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage ("County") is only accepting proposals electronically at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Proposals do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Proposals transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile ("Fax") will not be accepted.
Proposal openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

DuPage County (“County”) is seeking bidders to repair or replace the public address system at the DuPage Care Center, located at 400 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. Mandatory Site Visit - October 9, 2026, 11:00 a.m. DuPage Care Center, 400 N. County Farm Rd, Wheaton, IL 60187.
