Project Description: This project is the second part of a 4-part waterproofing effort to completely remove and recoat the T1 Tug Drive with new waterproofing. The project includes temporary full-height poly enclosures per each phased area of work; traffic control; removal and relocations of furnishings; expansion control; waterproofing and pavement markings; concrete repair to concrete topping and structural slab as needed; mechanical piping & floor drain replacements.
