Ensure that the digital copy does not contain the Financial Proposal.

detailing costs to complete each phase of your work plan as well as all other financial considerations, must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope marked Financial Proposal and identified by firm and RFP number.
Only ONE (1) hardcopy and zero (0) digital copies of the Financial Proposal is to be submitted.

Summary Details
The Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) invites detailed proposals from Construction Management Firms in accordance with the Proposal Documents. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a Construction Manager (CM) to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services for CRHC’s proposed affordable housing redevelopment project, located at 2249 McCoy Road, Saanich, British Columbia.
All proponents are encouraged to review the mandatory criteria within Appendix “D” – Evaluation Form and Procedures of the RFP.
