Mobile Outreach/Clinic Van

The City of Pasadena Public Health Department (PPHD) seeks proposals from qualified vendors to design, build, and deliver a mobile outreach/medical unit to support the Pasadena Outreach Response Team (PORT) in providing field-based medical and mental health services to unhoused individuals. The vehicle will be used for outreach, consultation, basic clinical and mental health services, care coordination, and referrals in community and street settings.

Since 1892, the Pasadena Public Health Department has been responsible for helping protect, maintain and improve the health of the Pasadena community.
