Description

The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia requires an additional electrical power utility service from the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) for the Embassy warehouse (Annex) at Freedom Hall.



The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, documentation, equipment, testing, commissioning, and coordination necessary to obtain and install an additional electrical power utility service from the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) for the U.S. Embassy Annex, Freedom Hall. This new service will accommodate increased electrical load demand generated by new office spaces for the Department of War.

This solicitation is not yet ready for issuance. When available, the U.S. Embassy in Saudi Arabia will post the solicitation on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov.



The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror that meets all solicitation requirements. The Government may award the contract based on initial offers without discussion.



The Government plans to hold a site visit. The date will be specified in the solicitation.

All contractors must register in SAM prior to submitting a proposal, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register early.
