Enterprise Resource Planning - Financials

Project Description: The City of Tempe is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace its existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The objective is to implement a modern, scalable, and integrated ERP solution that meets the municipality's operational needs, enhances efficiency, improves data access, and streamlines reporting processes. The preferred solution will organize, automate, and synchronize every facet of resource planning in regard to financials with the goal of improving functions by compiling data across different channels between departments. This solution would provide staff members with the opportunity to establish financial best practice policies and procedures, modern functionality to streamline business processes, and improve data accuracy, transparency, and communication. This solution will incorporate robust reporting and analytical tools that will be readily available to the many users throughout the City who will be relying on this solution.
