presently soliciting bids for Construction Materials and Services for the
period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
Sealed bids shall be received at the Town Clerk's Office, 4540 South
County Trail, Charlestown, RI.

shall be clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner

The bid documents may be obtained at the Town
Hall, Department of Public Works, during the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday
through Friday.
Questions regarding the
bid should be directed to Michael DiCicco, Director of Public Works, at (401)
364-1230.
Bid awards will be made by the
"evaluated method".
The Town
reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept that bid which it
deems, in their sole judgment, to be in the best interest of the Town.

bank. Include any additional materials or services you would wish to sell to the Town of Charlestown
which are not included on this listing. Evaluations will be made by the criteria of cost, availability,
quality, past performance, and the professional reputation of the bidder. The bidder shall abide by
all Federal, State, and Local Laws, Codes, and Regulations (PREVAILING WAGE and HOISTING
ENGINEERS LICENSE as applicable).
