Project Description: Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide actuarial services, including but not limited to mid-year and annual estimates of the reserve requirements for ECMCC’s self-insured Medical Malpractice Program. The actuarial estimates will be relied upon to record financial statement liabilities and related financial statement footnote disclosures annually as of May 31st and November 30th (rolled forward to December 31st) in accordance with Government Accounting Standards Board (“GASB”) requirements.
