The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The intent of this Sources Sought notice is to gauge industry interest, capabilities, and relevant experience to support Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). The mission of ARPA-H is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society’s most challenging health problems.
The ARPA-H Strategic Research Office (SRO) and the Business Innovation Division (BID) are interested in procuring a commercially available compensation analysis tool or system that provides comprehensive data to support personnel compensation analysis across ARPA-H offices and divisions, including pay rates, salaries, and total compensation metrics. The tool must facilitate salary benchmarking, generation of customized reports, and real-time data access, aiding ARPA-H in making informed compensation decisions.
