Tolleson Park Aquatics Center

The City of Smyrna is requesting sealed proposals for construction of an aquatic center building, an auxiliary restroom building, one competition pool, one leisure pool, one splash pad, one water slide, pool features, pool deck, landscaping, additional parking lot construction and resurfacing of existing parking lot areas, pavement striping, curb and gutter, sidewalk, fencing, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, utility installation and retaining walls.

One (1) original, one (1) copy and one (1) digital copy via thumb drive of the proposal must be submitted to the Purchasing Division located at Smyrna City Hall, 2800 King Street SE, Smyrna, GA 30080 no later than 2:00 PM, Monday, November 3 ^rd , 2025.

Bid opening will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 3 ^rd , 2025, HR Training Room, Smyrna City Hall.

Proposals should be submitted to:  Kelly Brown, Purchasing Manager, City of Smyrna, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, Georgia 30080, prior to bid opening.  The Purchasing Department office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bids should be submitted no later than the time and date indicated in the Request for Proposal.

Bid packages will be provided via email download link from CROY ENGINEERING and can be requested from the City of Smyrna.  Requests can be made via email to kbrown@smyrnaga.gov or by calling 678-631-5406.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 14 ^th , 2025, 3530 King Springs Rd, Smyrna, GA 30080.

The City of Smyrna reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and award in the best interest of the City.
