FIRE DEPT PARKING LOT SEALCOATING
CITY OF MARION, SC - BID SHEET
The City of Marion is currently accepting sealed bids for sealcoating the parking lot at
Fire Station 10 on Bond Street. Bids must be received no later than 11 am on
Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Marion City Hall, 107 S Main St, PO Box 1190, Marion, SC
29571.

9981 or Elizabeth Gray at (843) 423-8614. The City of Marion has the right to accept or
refuse any and all bids. The invitation to bid does not bind the City of Marion to
purchase anything from the bidder.
Contractor assumes responsibility for Workman's Compensation and General Liability
Insurance. All work performed shall meet the latest requirements of the South Carolina
Building Code, as well as adhere to all state, county, and municipal codes, guidelines,
and regulations.

It is the contractor's responsibility to verify all measurements for accuracy.
* All labor, materials, permits, and any costs associated with re-sealing the
parking lot at Fire Station 10 on Bond Street.
* Approximately +/- 28,750 sq ft parking lot.
* Minimum (2) coats/applications of asphalt sealer.
