selected as the most qualified offeror to provide Legal Services for the Regional Emergency

Communications Center, RFP No. 2027-0012-RECC.

At this time, it’s the County’s intent to enter into contract with your firm. I am currently working with

our legal department on drafting the contract and will have this over for your review no later than 5

PM (MDT) Friday September 4, 2026.
