NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract HEALTH & WELLNESS BENEFITS CONSULTING SERVICES 25-012-HR on or before December 17, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.
Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting proposals electronically at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Proposals do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Proposals transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.
