THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO HAVE A NEW END DATE OF 28 AUGUST, 2026. Answers to questions received will be provided in a forthcoming, subsequent amendment to this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

OTHER INFORMATION:
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)
contract for this requirement.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission.
Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:
1) Refer to Section L & M (attached) for detailed submission requirements. Offerors must provide sufficient descriptive data to support each proposed item.
