General Statement: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
2. Solicitation Information:

Requirement: Replacement of two (2) non-operational boilers at the Fairbanks Command Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS), Fairbanks, AK.
