Snow plowing and sanding for storms of various depth; 24-7 service is REQUIRED; plowing main parking lot before 5:30 AM; plowing of gated lot between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM; automatic plowing when snow reaches 2"; an adequate communication system 24/7 is MANDATORY. Please call Terri at 401-463-6500 for an appointment to view the property - site visit is MANDATORY.
