NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract 479 & 509 PARKING DECK REPAIRS 26-012-FM on or before February 19, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County is seeking a bidder to provide repairs and preventative maintenance for its Facilities Management Government Center Parking Structure located at 479 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187 and Judicial Center Parking Structure located at 509 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187, as outlined in the included Project Manual and Specifications.
