The City of Brandon is interested in obtaining Tenders for 2026Chemical Supply for the Water Treatment Facility & Water Reclamation Facility.

Water Treatment Facility - Chemical - Approximate Quantity

Anionic Polymer (Potable) - 2,000 kg

Potassium Permanganate (Potassium) - 2,000 kg

High Calcium Quick Lime (Lime) - 2,600,000 kg

Anhydrous Sodium Carbonate (Soda Ash) - 890,000 kg

Aluminum Sulphate (Alum) - 1,450,000 kg

Powdered Activated Carbon (Carbon) - 30,000 kg

Sodium Silicofluoride (Fluoride) - 9,000 kg

Polymer Cationic (Residuals) - 6,000 kg

Polymer Anionic (Residuals) - 11,000 kg

Sodium Hypochlorite - 700,000 kg

Water Reclamation Facility- Chemical -Approximate Quantity

Alum - 1,700 Metric tonnes

Methanol- 1,200 Metric tonnes

Citric Acid - As Required

Sodium Hypochlorite - As Required
