TITLE: F3T3CE4353AW07: ISOLATION TRANSFORMER FOR TAXIWAYS
The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intentds to award a sole source purchase order to ADB Safegate Americas LLC. This procurement will supply an isolation transformer at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. All work shall be in accordance with federal, state, and base safety regulations and the manufacturer's receommendations.
APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:
This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received shall be conisdered a competitive requirement. The anticipated date is unknown.
