The City (“City”) of Mobile is seeking sealed proposals from experienced firms to provide management and administrative support of grant activities related to disaster preparedness and response, as needed for Federal and State programs, including Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), US and Alabama Departments of Transportation (DOT and ALDOT), Alabama Department of Emergency Management (ALEMA), Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA), and grant programs related to disaster relief and recovery.  Seeled proposals are due by 4:00 pm, July 16, 2025 July 28, 2025, Questions are due by electronic mail to Purchasing@CityofMobile.org by July 11, 2025.

It is the responsibility of the BIDDER to check for, download and to include with their BID RESPONSE any and all ADDENDUMS that are issued for a specific BID issued by the City of Mobile. All responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bid number on the outside of the envelope with the bid opening date. Any response that arrives improperly marked or with no bid number and opening date on the outside of the delivery or express package and opened in error will be rejected and not considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the Purchasing Department before the date and time of the bid opening.
