Project Description: The City of Jefferson, Public Works, Wastewater is requesting bids for the purchase and delivery of emulsion polymer, as described herein, to be used in the sludge dewatering process at the Jefferson City Water Pollution Control Plant. The product supplied will be used on a sequencing batch reactor sludge that is thickened and treated with VX456 for odor control.
