Iowa Workforce Development through the Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking qualified Contractors capable of providing a computer based and paper-based Iowa High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) test via live in-person testing and via live remote online proctored testing. The test can be either an existing Contractor-created test, or a newly-developed custom test.
