NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract HTW STORAGE TANK REPLACEMENT 25-123-FM on or before November 14, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at brian.rovik@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Sheriff’s Office is seeking bids to replace the domestic hot water storage tank located at 501 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. Awarded bidder shall be responsible for furnishing all parts, labor and materials needed to remove, haul away and replace the storage tank. The County requires a direct replacement of one (1) Ace SJ4807-C-J-M hot water storage tank, per the specifications and drawings. No substitutions shall be accepted.
