Engineering services including studies, design, and construction administration for Public Works

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The City of Billings, an Equal Opportunity Employer, requests Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide engineering services including studies, design, and construction administration for the Public Works Department for public improvements projects.  Projects and services generally include:

• Water Distribution, Sanitary and Storm Sewer Collection

• Wastewater Treatment, Stormwater Collection and Treatment, and Water Treatment and Supply

• Geotechnical Evaluations and Materials Testing

• Roads, Traffic Engineering, Multiuse Paths, Street Lights

• Landscaping

• Survey

• Funding/Financial Studies

• Energy Evaluations

• Land Acquisition

• Landfill

• Structural

• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP)

The Public Works Department will evaluate all firms to determine if they meet the qualifications for each service included above.  The firms will be prequalified for a period of two years from the date of qualification.  Individual project selection will be based on additional information solicited from one or more of the prequalified firms.

All SOQs must be submitted to Public Works Department/Engineering Division, 2224 Montana Avenue, Billings, MT 59101, no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 31, 2025, to be considered in the initial round of fiscal years 2025-2027 project selection.
