The 36th Contracting Squadron (36 CONS) has a requirement for Polaris MRZR Repair Parts.
See attached Solicitation and associated attachments for details and submission instructions.
All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail to thomas.houle.4@us.af.mil AND lauren_renee.reyes.2@us.af.mil. The Government requests that you submit questions as soon as possible, but no later than 11 September 2026 at 10:00 AM.
9/15/26: Amendment 0001
The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to industry questions and assumptions.
Questions and Assumptions:
Q1. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside and includes Brand Name Only Polaris Defense OEM components. Please confirm whether a small-business offeror that is not the manufacturer may furnish the specified authentic Polaris Defense OEM products when those products are obtained through an authorized Polaris distribution source and meet all solicitation requirements for authenticity, warranty, and traceability.
A1: A small-business offeror that is not the manufacturer may furnish the required parts. The Nonmanufacturer Rule does not apply.
Q2: Attachment 1 requires Brand Name Only supplies to be authentic, brand-new Polaris Defense OEM products traceable to an authorized Polaris distribution source.
Please clarify what documentation the Government expects an offeror to provide to establish this traceability, and whether that documentation is required with the quote or may be provided after award and/or with delivery.
A1: Please reference Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters for documents required to be submitted with the quote:
VI: QUOTE PREPARATION:
c. Offerors shall provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, catalog cuts, or other documents as necessary.
