Proposals will be received by the Town of Carrboro via a Microsoft OneDrive File Request until 11:59 p.m., on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. The desired professional services include development of an update to the Town of Carrboro’s Safe Routes to School Action Plan, understanding new existing conditions, challenges and opportunities since adoption, and expanding the focus on safety and accessibility for students to all the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City schools located in Carrboro.

• Optional Pre-Submittal Meeting (Virtual): June 4, 2025 (11:00 A.M., ET)
• Deadline for Questions: June 11, 2025 (5:00 P.M., ET)
• Issue Final Addendum: June 18, 2025 (5:00 P.M., ET)
• Deadline for RFP Submission: June 25, 2025 (11:59 P.M., ET)
• Presentations (if requested): July 9, 2025 (TBD)
• Proposed Contract Award Date: July 2025
