Project Description: The City of Vancouver (The City) in collaboration with Clark County, Battle Ground and Ridgefield (Public Agencies), is seeking proposals from qualified firms for processing commingled recyclables and source-separated glass collected in the Public Agencies by contracted hauler Waste Connections of Washington (WCW).
A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Submittal Meeting and tour of the existing facility will take place on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 1:00 pm at 4500 SE Columbia Way, Vancouver, WA 98661. Following the meeting attendees will be provided with a tour of the existing facility. Hard hat, safety vest, and protective eyewear will be required for the facility tour. Attendance is not a pre-requisite for submitting a proposal. Comments by Public Agency staff will be limited to a review of the project.
