Project Description: High Valley Transit District (HVT) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide professional design services for the new Kimball Junction Transit Center. The selected Consultant will lead the full design effort for the Transit Center, including required coordination with Summit County, Park City Junction LLC (PCJ), and other partners as outlined in the Public-Private Partnership (P3) Agreement.
This procurement is a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) conducted in accordance with Utah Code ยง 63G-6a-702, which requires architectural and engineering services to be selected solely on qualifications. No pricing, fee, rate, or cost information shall be submitted or considered during the evaluation process. Final scope and fee will be negotiated only after HVT selects the highest-ranked firm.
