Bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to complete all work for the “FY26 Sitework” projects, in
accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by Bolton & Menk, 3300 Fernbrook Lane North, Suite 300,
Plymouth, MN 55447.
Work includes bituminous, concrete, curb & gutter. Plans and specifications will be available by 3/18/2026.

In the left column under “Plan rooms”, select “Order from Plan Well”.
When the next page opens, skip the username section and in the left column under “Public Plan room”, select “Go”.
Once in the plan room, you may find the project and click on the project number link to the left.
Once in the project, select “Download Complete Set”, then “Instant Download”.
After Registration, select “Download Now”. You will be provided with a link to the files. Simply click it and save to your computer.
You must complete the checkout process or you will not be notified when Addenda are issued.
MANDATORY VIRTUAL PRE-BID MEETING will be held on March 25, 2026 10:00 AM. The meeting will be held virtually
starting promptly at 10:00 AM. Email ann.cerney@mpls.k12.mn.us for link to Prebid meeting. All bidders are responsible
to visit all school sites prior to bidding. If visiting schools during regular school hours, bidders must check in at main office.
All potential bidders are REQUIRED to attend Pre-Bid Meeting. Meeting will start promptly and no bidder will be permitted
in the mandatory pre-bid after the meeting has started. Please allow adequate time to connect to internet and Microsoft
Teams Meeting prior to 10:00 AM. Subcontractors are also encouraged to attend.

by Wednesday, April 8, 2026 10:00 AM. (EMAIL TO ALL THREE AT SAME TIME).
Subject line must bear the name of the firm submitting the bid, the Official Publication Number, and the Official
Publication Title. Proposals must be typewritten or handwritten. The bidders assume the risk of any delay in the receipt of
the bids. The bidder assumes all responsibility for having their bid is delivered by the time specified. The bids will be
opened and read aloud by MPS District staff on a Microsoft Teams Meeting on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 10:30 AM.
ONE (1) complete ORIGINAL paper version of proposal, including attachments, is to be MAILED to: Minneapolis Public Schools, Attn:
Procurement, 1250 West Broadway Ave, Minneapolis MN 55411, and must be postmarked within five (5) business days of bid due date.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of 2% of the total amount bid in the form of a certified check or bidder’s corporate surety
bond made payable to Special School District No. 1.
All questions must be submitted via email to Jay Pomeroy, PLA, Principal, Bolton & Menk, at Jay.Pomeroy@bolton-
menk.com. The deadline for questions is Wednesday, April 1, 2026 10:30 AM.
