Proposals for FY2025 SEWER LINING SERVICES (Bid# 11-25) will be received electronically by the South Portland Purchasing Agent at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. until 2:00 pm local time, OCTOBER 31, 2024 and then said office will post them to our Purchasing website. Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted. Each bidder must submit a single email, where the subject line clearly states “FY2025 SEWER LINING SERVICES” (Bid# 11-25)”.

Electronic (PDF) copies of the Bid Documents may be downloaded at https://southportland.gov/Bids.aspx. Printed copies of the Bid Documents are not available.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the Owner.

No bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of bids unless released by the Owner.
