Description
Stream A; Accessibility Standards Canada (ASC) requires the services of an external AV contractor for several activities for up to 50 participants. Most participants will be attending in person, with some attending virtually. The AV services are required on-site for the majority of activities.
Stream B; Accessibility Standards Canada (ASC) requires the services of an external AV contractor for a number of activities for up to 1,500 virtual participants and 100 in-person participants. The AV services must be provided on-site.
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/04/01.
