Rollback Car Carrier
Questions and Concerns received from Triple J Enterprises, Inc. on September 1, 2026.
1. GVWR : We request that the minimum GVWR read minimum 22,000 lbs. vs 26,000 lbs.
Response: Specifications remain the same.
2. Carrier/Load Rating : We request the carrier/load rating minimum 16,000 lbs be reduced to minimum 10,000 lbs.
Response: Specifications remain the same.
3. We request an extension of Questions submittal deadline to 9/11/26 to allow our authorized Rollback car carrier
manufacturer more time to submit their specifications questions and concerns to us.
Response: Due to funding source obligation deadline, the deadline for questions and concerns will remain the same.
4. We request an extension of Bid Opening deadline from 9/10/26 to 9/29/26, in light of more time needed to submit
questions and concerns, additional time is needed to request bid bond and compile and prepare bid package for
submittal to GSA.
Response: Due to the funding source obligation deadline, the deadline for submission of bid has been amended to
September 16, 2026, 2:00 pm and the bid opening amended to September 16, 2026, 2:05 pm. See Amendment #2.
Please Note: Follow up/Clarification to the Questions and Concerns responses dated 09/11/2026 must be submitted to the
General Services Agency via email to bids@gsadoa.guam.gov no later than 5pm, Monday, September 14, 2026.
