Description
The Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Ottawa Research Centre’s Cyber Operations and Resilient Communication (CORC) section is supporting the Director General Information Capabilities and Force Development (DGICFD) to determine such metrics and measures for cyber damage to DND/CAF missions and infrastructure following a cyber breach. DRDC is seeking services to develop methodologies to determine cyber damage metrics such as opportunity costs, supply chain loss costs, reputation loss costs, collateral damage, and wellness losses.
The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s).
