Bulk Fertilizer and seed to be delivered to Fort Pickett Blackstone, VA 23824. Must be delivered. Ft. Pickett will provide forklift support for unloading of palleted materials onsite.⢠All seed and fertilizer will be current and in 50 lb. bags unless listed otherwise. ⢠Herbicide will be in 2.5 gal. containers.⢠Material must be free of holes or insects. ⢠Substitutions will not be accepted.⢠All seed must meet a minimum 85% germination.
