LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for Gas Supplies for the City of Olive Branch Department of Public Works for the upcoming
2027 fiscal year will be received at 9200 Pigeon Roost, Olive Branch, MS 38654 until 2:00PM local time
on Monday, August 10, 2026, and thereafter will be opened and publicly read.
Specifications and Contract Documents may be examined at the office of Karen McNeil, Purchasing
Manager, 9200 Pigeon Roost Road, Olive Branch, Mississippi (662-892-9208).
In addition, official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.
Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids are due the same time and
date as sealed bids. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central
Bidding at 225-810-4814.
Bid proposals not submitted electronically must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the City
Clerk, City of Olive Branch, 9200 Pigeon Roost Road, Olive Branch, Mississippi 38654. Each envelope
must be plainly marked on the outside as "Gas Supplies" and must bear on the outside the date the bid
proposal is to be opened.
The City of Olive Branch reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, with or without
cause; and to accept the lowest and best bid which in its judgment will be for the best interest of the City
of Olive Branch.
